213 - Fences

Theme 42.

Taken a few weeks ago, on the edge of a field on the outskirts of my village. I've left the colour as it is, but adjusted the exposure of the two black and whites. The first black and white I adjusted the mid shadows and contrast, for a bit more of a dramatic look. The second one only a bit of exposure adjustment - both had been a bit grey and I wanted blacker.

I like the touch of red in the color version.

Ooh! The first one is really dramatic! Love it!

Those are just lovely. The fog makes them so dramatic - a sense of peace, calm, and a little bit of mystery.

The wide black and white image evokes images of the aftermath of world war two.

I'm not entirely sure why.

I like it.
