I borrowed a book from the library in my nearest city - Devil May Care, by Sebastian Faulks (writing as Ian Fleming). Because it's a brand new release, it's on a 2 week loan only (as opposed to the normal 4 week loan). But I've not finished it yet, so I'd rather take it back read - late with a small fine - than take it back on time and not read.
They used cherries on the 2 week loan labels. I'm guessing as they're the cherry picked, brand new, cream of the crop books?

Good shot. I heard the author interviewed on CBC radio last week about this book. I think being able to write a novel is impressive let alone be able to convincingly invoke another author's voice.
(In Ottawa, our new release-high demand books are 7 day loans!)
