Theme 102.
When Gem and Jon redecorated their living room a while back, they used some of the leftover paint to do some artsy painted wall hangings on some leftover wooden squares. One is brown, one is cream and the one in between is both (blended in the middle), and then there are brown, cream and blue paint trails across all three.
Will (their 9 month old) loves to be picked up and "fly" up or around, so when he and Gem were on the sofa, she lifted him up for a closer inspection of the paintings :D Another one from my weekend trip up to see them.

He is such a cutie! And that artwork is really cool. Wish I were that creative...
Mr Moo! He does love those paintings. I forgot to reply to your email to say "sure, we don't mind pics of us 3 on your blog". So there you go, lol! x
Will's getting a birds-eye view and having a blast at the same time. Uplifting image, in more ways than one! :)
what a great decorating idea! Definitely one way to pull everything together...might have to try that someday.
That's such a creative use of the leftover paint! I love it.
And then there's little Will. What a cutie he is. I've been watching him grow on Gem's blog, since before he was born!
Great pieces of art! I must try that, now that I am splodging paint all summer long...
Sweet photo.
