Theme 8.
Another one from my visit to Gem, Jon and Will back in February, and another one I was saving. They have two cats, owned them since they were kittens - they're actually sisters, but complete opposites. Izzy is grey long-haired tabby, Molly is black short-haired (with white bib and feet). Izzy is very much the lady, dainty and feminine - she wants to go outside, but doesn't like getting wet or muddy. Molly is out in the rain, hunting birds and almost the tomboy.
Yet oddly, in photos I take of them, their personalities seem swapped - Molly is usually looking soft in the photos, and Izzy tends to look haughty and strong. Here, she's working the cat stare, making her seem much fiercer than she really is! (she runs and hides when people come to the house, bar a select few - which includes me. She likes me :D)

Snizzle! She's a cutie when she decides to stop hiding isn't she? And yes, she loves you :-D
Awww! So sweet. Great shot!
I love it! But then again I do love cats. Your cat sort of looks like my cat KC.
Great picture. They sound like the female version of my boys, my b&w boy hunts and likes to be active, my tabby and white likes to be inside if the weather is not that good and won't use the cat flap.
Beautiful!!
Now you know I am going to love this one with my love of cats... awesome shot! The B&W presentation is perfect for this beautiful cat. Adorable!
Beautiful! You're an amazing photographer, Helen. Grammom
Oh that is the most beautiful photo. You're a great photographer (and have a gorgeous kitty)!
What a beautiful and perfect picture. :inlove:
The black and whits it great - it really brings out the contrasty lines in his/her face. Must be a stunning kitty.
Beautiful face and you captured it perfectly.
