Theme 32.
This one's from earlier this year, but I'd been saving it. It might seem odd at first for the "Rain" theme, but I do like being different, and it IS still rain. The photo is actually of the streetlight outside my house, at night, with the raindrops on the lounge window. Because I focused on the raindrops, the light outside went soft focus and an orange circle - the black background was courtesy of the night. The raindrops are edged by the light from outside.
I wanted something different, and you should have seen the number of photos it took me to get one steady, without camera shake (the full 200mm zoom I think, at night... even with a high ISO, it still shook - I had to prop myself against our TV and just keep trying). But I do like a different view of things, it's very... me ;-)

I've seen it before but it's still a brilliant shot!
Great result!
I think this is wonderful.
This would make a good card of some description.
Great shot!! I was playing with the camera for a similar shot a couple of weeks ago, while I was waiting in the car and it was raining, but I had the Burger King sign in the background and it wasn't completely dark, so mine didn't turn out at nice as yours, by far.. ;)
So unexpected for "rain." Great shot.
This is an awesome shot!
I haven't been to your site in a few weeks and for that, I apologize. What I've missed is unbelievable! There are some incredible shots here!
Thanks!
It is very you... and it shows in the creativity of your work. This is no exception, great shot!
Oh how neat! It kind of reminds me of the candle light photography I did last semester. Pretty!
