Theme 47.
This is one of the glass seating blocks in the recently redeveloped Princesshay section of Exeter (it used to be a pretty dated area just behind the main High Street, with a few small shops. Now it's been redone, with upmarket shops, glass roof covered walkways, restaurants and flats). The seating stones are made of layers of glass, which are lit up at night - you can see the red one along with a green and blue one, below:
